F805-MD DOWNLOAD
The F805-MD is specifically designed for weighing applications such as Multi-draft or Bulk Weighing. These types of applications, where many individual weigh batch cycles go into a single production run, must have a high accuracy on the total target fill quantity, but the individual batch increment cycles must be processed fast. Accuracies are not so important for the individual batch increment cycles - but - the total weight of the production run processed must be as accurate as possible.
Even when some materials do not lend themselves for consistent batch increment cycles, (such as textile mill fibers), the F805-MD can average the weight per batch increment, re-evaluate the number of batch cycles required during the operation, recalculate the final "top-off" quantity fill cycle, and ensure the accuracy of the total production run automatically.
The F805-MD provides a fast fill rates, simple system setup, and very accurate total weight.
Features
... There are two operating speeds for the F805-MD:
"FAST" - with single speed gate control - the gate is 100% open or 100% closed, and "FINE" - with a user selectable three-speed gate control for Fast Fill - Slow Fill - and Stop.
... The instrument will process each batch increment in the FAST mode until it calculates that the total production Target weight is close, it then switches automatically to the FINE mode as the last few batch cycles are processed.
... The FAST mode provides maximum processing speed to the overall production run. Simple OPEN and CLOSED gate control is easy and fast.
... In the FINE (three-speed gate control) mode, the final Stop activation of the gate can be setup to use the instruments Auto Free-Fall Compensation (AFFC) feature to "fine tune" multiple batches of the same material.
... The system will accumulate each batch cycle result automatically, and a fuzzy logical routine automatically updates the batch target and remain weighing cycles while the batch is in process.
... The full color - touch screen display provides a quick overview of the systems operation. It shows the total target weight; the current batching cycle being processed, the current hopper weight; the accumulated result, and the number of weight cycles. A bar graph on the display gives a clear graphic that shows the percentage of the total production run that has been completed and a graphic representation of what remains to be done.
... The display also clearly shows the updated batch target and other batch status indicators.
... A special message display screen shows the current operating sequence, any processing messages, and any error messages needed for troubleshooting the unit.
... A separate graphic display screen tracks and shows the real weight in a waveform plot. This screen also aids in setup and troubleshooting the system.
... Up to one hundred (100) different hopper gate controls parameter sets (called codes) can be assigned different flow parameters. These flow parameters can be entered and stored inside the F805-MD, and a Control I/O input can be used to change the code to the most appropriate setting for best operation.
