F805-CF DOWNLOAD
The F805-CF is specifically designed for constant feeding / loss-in-weight applications. Once the F805-CF starts the operation, the flow rate is calculated by measuring the decrease in material weight from the weighing hopper, and compared to the time it takes for this decrease.
The F805-CF possesses five (5) separate operating modes to provide simple system setup, unique descriptive reporting displays, and maximum flexibility in your applications. These modes are the "Continuous Flow", "Batch", "Fixed", "Volumetric" and "Auto Coordinate" modes. By using the Auto Coordinate setup sequence mode, the F805-CF learns the feeder's specific characteristics and harmonizes the flow control configuration for maximize flow accuracies.
Features
... Master / Slave controls multiple constant material streams in real time. Up to 3 slave units could be selected to follow the Master's real flow rate or target flow rate. Each of the three slave flow rates is based on an amount that is proportional to the Master's ingredient.
... Each instrument can be used as an individual (Single) controller, as a Master, or as a Slave.
... PID control (Proportion, Integral and Differential) for fast and accurate process control.
... When necessary you can adjust the PID value manually. Referring to the graphic wave generated by previous PID setting values, and then comparing the waves after changing the setting values on the F805-CF's graphic display screen. There are three different PID parameters can be adjusted and stored.
... The F805-CF could be both used for loss-in- weight or volumetric flow applications.
... 100 codes for memorizing the feeders' characteristics with the various materials can be accomplished via the operation of Auto Coordinate mode.
... Because many feeders' control rates are not linear throughout their full range, the control rate is divided into 5 sections. The Auto Coordinate Mode determines the stabilized flow rate within each of these 5 sections and automatically memorizes the control tolerances values into F805-CF for each section.
... The 5 section parameters can also be manually entered via touch screen into the F805-CF.
... Based on weight, bulk density of material, and control rate the F805-CF is self-tuning. It will determine the feedback in each operation made, both during refilling and after refilling.
... Refilling free fall control.
... Accumulation Final setup function.
... Accumulation pulse output.
... Selectable independent decimal points can be set for flow rate, weigh hopper and accumulation values.
... Multiple levels of security limiting personnel access to alarms clears up set-point changes, starts operation, refill levels or other setup parameters.
... Multi control input / output signals.
... A built-in DAC board provides two separate analog control output (4 - 20mA), one pulse input (with A, B and Z phases) and a 12 DC power supply output. The analog control outputs are electrically and optically isolated to eliminate any noise generated by the feeder's speed control circuitry.
... Optional analog input.
