The F805-BC is specifically designed for belt weighing applications. While the material to be weighed is being transporting on the belt conveyor (across a scale or load cells), the F805-BC calculates and accumulates the quantity of material conveyed and displays it on the main "units / time" display. Additionally the main display will also show the accumulated total material, belt speed, and flow rate. Smaller icons clearly indicate system parameters and error messages.
Traditionally belt scale weighing was used primarily in the bulk loading, and mining/ aggregate industries. Today however, with the need for "real time" material handling data, and more automated in-plant processing, the F805-BC Belt Scale controller can be used for even lighter duty industrial applications.
For evaluating production material costs, ensuring material supply is on time, weighing raw materials faster during transportation, and all at higher accuracies than available before, the F805-BC is often your best solution.

Features

The F805-BC accepts the input signals from a strain-gage load cell (or load cells) that is mounted under the conveyor belt and a speed signal from a belt speed detector. It computes these inputs into a reading of instantaneous conveying volume, belt speed, load ratio, weight density, conveying volume ratio, and integrated conveying volume.
... |
Zero point compensation is achieved by measuring the Zero error ratio while the F805-BC operates in the calibration setup mode.
... |
Span compensation is achieved by measuring the Span error ratio with a test chain while the unit operates in the calibration setup mode.
... |
You can re-run the Test mode to reach greater levels of accuracy. Simply repeat the testing (calibration) process until you reach your needed system accuracy.
... |
The unit will operate with adjustable belt speed or a fixed belt speed.
... |
Pulse rate is determined by shifting the speed (distance) of the belt per pulse, the F805-BC calculates by the length of the conveyor belt divided by pulse count.
... |
The systems has two separate pulse outputs, they can be combined to achieve higher integral weight on the belt conveyor.
... |
A built in Analog output board (DAC) provides two separate analog control outputs (4 ~ 20mA), a pulse input (A,B and Z phases) with 12V DC power supply. The analog control outputs are electrically and optically isolated to eliminate any noise generated by other devices.

A full color - touch screen display provides a quick overview of the systems operation. It shows the instantaneous conveying volume, integrated conveying volume, belt speed, and flow ratios.
... |
A message display screen shows the current operating situation, processing messages, and any error messages needed for troubleshooting the unit.
... |
Finally a graphic display screen tracks and shows the real weight in a waveform plot, as well as multi- channels information waveforms.
